Yearly Budget Preparation – Analysis of future income and expenses based on past performance and/or reasonable expectations. Our process will be an intense and in depth discovery expedition. The resulting budget will give you an organized financial history and help you chart your future path to success. ($60 per hour with a minimum of 8 hours expected. Your free 1 hour house call will help us size your project and provide a true estimate.)
Policy and Procedure creation – Is your employee manual up to date? Do you have standard operating procedures (SOPs) in place for your core processes? If not, HLC can come in and get them up to date and in place for you. ($60 per hour)
Management and Employee Seminars – HLC has seminars available on Creating Budgets, Customer Service, Professionalism Basics, and many others. We can also customize the seminar to your company’s policies or create a new seminar for a topic of your choice. ($300 – 1 to 2 hour seminar for up to 30 people). S.W.O.T. Analysis - The purpose of the S.W.O.T. is an intense detailed analysis of your organization. During the 80 hour on-site study, each department will be reviewed in terms of their internal Strengths and Weaknesses. In addition external Opportunities and Threats will be evaluated. In addition to the on-site study, a 40 hour off-site compilation and analysis of all of our findings and recommendations will be done. A comprehensive written and verbal report, including a breakdown of all department findings and recommendations for remediation, will be provided by the HLC partners within 2 weeks of the on-site analysis. The S.W.O.T. results will provide you information and key decision points that will be central to the future planning of your enterprise. ($7500 – 120 hours)
H.O.P. Analysis - If you are frustrated with your office, the H.O.P. Analysis may be for you. The H.O.P. Analysis involves HLC spending 8 hours in your office and evaluating the principles of Hospitality, Organization, and Professionalism. We will ask you and your staff about the systems and procedures in place as well as directed questions on how the H.O.P. principles work in your business. We will give you a written report of our findings within 7 days. We will also give you definitive solutions to any areas that may need improvement. This low-cost investment of $500 will pay unlimited dividends into your future.
